Kelly sports

We had an intense session with Coach Zayde from Kelly sports.

 we learned different body position such as  
1.tuck sit
2. motorbike landing
3. Angry cat 
4. Happy cat
5. straddle
6.L sit 

Then once we finished practicing body positions we played a game that only needs your legs and a ball and some friends. The point of the game is to sit in a circle with your friends a and try use your legs to pass the ball to your friend its very hard to explain but its so fun.

I love this experience I cant wait for the next time she comes. It was so fun and exciting.

    This blog post is absolutely amazing. The body positions are kind interesting. That sounds like a lot of stretching. Also the picture you used looks like a perfectionist. Which position did you like the most?
