Snow planet

Struggling to pull up my boot as it was so hard I start getting ready to head on the ice. As I put my jacket & helmet on I just couldn't wait to play on the ice . Finally after a long time we finally get to go out on the ice. As I walked on the snow wham!! I fall on the super cold ice in pain I get up & I run straight to winter wonderland garbing me a slay riding down the snow. Once i get of my slay I run start to the slides.

Going down the slide so fast faster than flash thats how fast I was going. It was so fun sliding down the slide. I was very sad when it was time to leave we took our last final pictures and then we went. It was a fun experience.

Kelly sports

We had an intense session with Coach Zayde from Kelly sports.

 we learned different body position such as  

1.tuck sit

2. motorbike landing

3. Angry cat 

4. Happy cat

5. straddle

6.L sit 

Then once we finished practicing body positions we played a game that only needs your legs and a ball and some friends. The point of the game is to sit in a circle with your friends a and try use your legs to pass the ball to your friend its very hard to explain but its so fun.

I love this experience I cant wait for the next time she comes. It was so fun and exciting. 

Mud run

3....2....1...Goooo, I ran as fast I can running like flash beating everybody. Once I got on to the mud I felt like I was running on ice every step I took I split it was was so hard to run properly without sleeping. When I felt that I was stable and ready to run I started Spiriting as fast as I can dodging everybody in front of me. I sprinted up the mountain running to my first course. 

When I finished my first course I start spiriting down the hill trying to catch up with my friends as they where beating me i slipped down hill. I get up but im looking down and I see a big pool of mud so I start running again and finally I catch with my friends. Splash!! I fall in the mud including my friend we where soaked in mud. 

Then as I run straight ahead of me I could see lots of courses. Once I finished the race I went Straight to the Shower. It was very fun because it was my first mud run ever.
